Terms of Service

Before we print, you'll see a proof of your job. Once you approve it, that's what goes to press — please check spelling, colors, and layout carefully before approving. We're not able to offer a refund for something that was present in and unchanged from the proof you approved.

Prices shown at checkout are what you'll be charged. Any special or volume pricing we've set up for your account applies only when you're logged into that account — it never applies to guest orders or other accounts. Payment is due before production begins unless we've agreed otherwise with you directly.

Standard, rush, and same-day turnaround times are estimates based on normal shop conditions. Because rush and same-day slots are reserved specifically for your job the moment you submit, those orders generally can't be canceled once placed — see our Refund & Reprint Policy for the full rundown on cancellations.

You keep ownership of anything you upload. By uploading it, you're confirming you own it or have the right to use it, and you're giving us permission to reproduce it solely to complete your order. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, or fraudulent — we reserve the right to decline any job.

Orders are ready for free in-store pickup at our Philadelphia location. We'll notify you the moment your order is off the press.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (like a missed event) arising from a delayed or imperfect order.

We may update these terms as the business grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
