Privacy Policy

Account info. If you create an account or invite yourself in, we store your name, email, phone, and company (if given).

Order info. Product configurations, quantities, uploaded artwork files, and order history for anything you order.

Automatically collected. When you browse or order, we may collect IP and approximate location, browser, device, screen, network and session details, referral or campaign information, first-party cookie identifiers, pages and shopping actions, and upload metadata to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, market, and improve our services.

Invoice-link and website activity. When a customer invoice or receipt link is opened, we record the opening time, IP address, approximate network location, browser and platform hints, screen and viewport dimensions, device capability estimates, and related request details. We may connect that opening to later activity on our own website using a first-party anonymous browser identifier or a one-way IP fingerprint. This helps us confirm delivery and understand which Design Pros pages customers visit after reviewing an invoice. We do not collect MAC addresses (web browsers do not expose them), use active network scanning, record form contents, URL query strings, payment details, or activity on other websites, and staff previews are excluded.

You never need an account to order. Guest orders use only the info you give us at checkout, and we don't create a stored profile from a guest order.

To produce and fulfill your order, apply any pricing negotiated for your account, respond to questions, keep the shop secure and reliable, understand how customers use the site, and improve our services and marketing. We don't sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

If you expressly ask us or agree to receive a text, we may use your mobile number to send transactional messages about an invoice, payment, order, proof, or pickup. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Service providers may process it only as needed to deliver and support the messages you requested.

We use a small number of first-party cookies — nothing from third-party ad networks:

• Keeping you signed in
• Remembering your negotiated pricing for a short window, so it still works correctly during a brief outage on our end — this cookie is cryptographically signed so it can't be altered
• Your light/dark theme preference
• Understanding visits, referrals, and the steps customers take before placing an order

Invoice-view diagnostics and first-party page-view journey records are retained for up to 10 years. The matching signals are approximate: a shared network can make two people look alike, and switching networks can make one person look different.

Account and order data lives in a hosted database (Supabase) with row-level access controls, meaning your account can only ever see its own data. We never store payment card numbers ourselves — payment, once online payment is enabled, is handled directly by a payment processor.

We keep the order record and a small preview of the artwork. Original production files are kept for a limited time after the order: files up to 75 MB for 180 days, files over 75 MB through 250 MB for 90 days, and larger files for 30 days. Unordered uploads are normally removed after 7 days. A reprint, dispute, legal requirement, or support request may extend that period.

Please keep your own copy of every original print file. After the original expires, the small order preview may remain, but it is not a production-quality replacement.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site and fulfill orders (hosting/database, email delivery, and eventually payment processing) — never for their own marketing, and never sold to anyone.

Log out any time. To request a copy of your data or have it deleted, email support@designpros.us — we'll take care of it.

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
